The following note is appended, "The foregoing Discourse omitting the Text and beginning with page 2. line 18. at these words viz: The worship of God in general is a Duty so evidently arising & c may I think more properly bear this Title[:] A Discourse concerning the Publick Worship of God being an Enquiry ..." A work by this title was written by Caner and published in 1748.
